We provide a generous mileage allowance that easily covers standard daily trade and drainage operations across the UK. If your team is covering major national distances or you need a bespoke long-term mileage package, just chat with us when setting up your hire and we can tailor it to fit your route.

We take care of all of it. Because our minimum hire is one week, we ensure every van is meticulously inspected, serviced, and MOT’d before handover. For longer-term hires, routine maintenance and tyre wear are fully covered by us – we’ll just coordinate with you to arrange a convenient time for servicing so your workday isn’t disrupted.

For insurance purposes, all drivers must be between 25 and 70 years old and have held a full, clean UK driving licence for at least 2 years. If any of your drivers have minor points or minor past endorsements, just let us know beforehand and we can usually clear it with our insurers for you.

Yes, comprehensive hire insurance is fully included as standard in your weekly rate. We just need to run through a quick check on any designated drivers before you collect the keys to make sure everyone is fully covered to operate the vehicle.

To get you on the road quickly, we’ll need a copy of your full UK driving licence, two proofs of address (like a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a DVLA check code so we can verify your licence status online.
